Any quotes or estimates provided by Nordic Tractor Solutions for work (e.g., grading, leveling, cleanup, etc.) are non-binding until accepted in writing by both parties (you and us). We may adjust or withdraw a quotation before acceptance.
4.2 Acceptance & Contract Formation
A contract is formed when we (Nordic Tractor Solutions) accept your request/quote, in writing or electronically, subject to these Terms. The terms of the contract (scope of work, timeline, price, responsibilities) will govern that particular engagement, along with these general Terms.
4.3 Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
•Payment is due as specified in the contract or quotation (e.g., deposit, milestones, upon completion).
•Late payments may incur interest or penalties as allowed by law.
•We may suspend performance or withhold deliverables until outstanding payments are made.
4.4 Cancellation & Refunds
If you cancel a contracted service, you may still be responsible for costs incurred, work performed, or non-recoverable expenses up to the point of cancellation. Refund or adjustment (if any) will be handled according to the specific contract terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All Content, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, designs, software, and materials on the Website or delivered as part of the Services are the property of Nordic Tractor Solutions or our licensors, unless otherwise stated.
